July 10, 2016 – Matthew 4:1-11 “Overcoming Temptation”

When Jesus was tempted to sin by Satan, He resisted by quoting Scripture.  Jesus obviously knew the Scriptures.  If we hope to resist temptation, then we also need to be familiar with Scripture so we can apply it to our lives.  Then we will be better able to live, love, think and act like Jesus.
