October 6, 2019 – Joshua 22:10-31 “Avoiding Conflict”

We can learn an effective way to avoid conflict from the Israelites example.  The tribes east of the Jordan River built an altar at Geliloth.  The rest of Israel heard about it and presumed the worst.  They were prepared to go to war against them.  Fortunately, they sent a delegation to talk to those tribes first.  Thus a potential bloody conflict was avoided.
