Jocelyn grew up in the Hartville Church of the Brethren congregation. Jocelyn graduated from Malone University in 2005. She has had the blessing of being able to be in ministry in the USA and around the world having served in Africa for 5 years with different ministries. In 2020 she joined the team at Hartville Church of the Brethren as well as GentleBrook. She is married to Moses and they have a daughter, Apphia. She has a passion for people and being able to connect them with God.
