Worship

Our Sunday mornings takes place in our sanctuary and consists of three parts morning devotions, fellowship time and J & K service. We worship to hymns and songs played by our praise band. We have hymnals and screens on each side of the sanctuary to help you relax into the service. Our ability inclusive worship includes flexible seating options, sensory sensitive needs (headphones, manipulatives) and activities for all to participate in worship.

Schedule of Services

Morning Devotion 9:30 a.m.
Consists of Scripture reading, a sermon and prayer. A space to hear the word of God spoken. This typically lasts 30 minutes and is led by one person.

Fellowship time 10:00 A.M.
Join us for a time of fellowship and a sweet treat. We typically have donuts and hot beverages (coffee, tea and hot chocolate) available. If there is something you would like to have in addition just let us know and we can try our best to meet any dietary restrictions.

J & K  (Joy and Kindness) Service 10:30 A.M.
Consists of music, hymns & worship band, scripture reading, ‘sign time’ (a time during service to learn different sign language signs), interactive kid’s songs, sermonette and table time. Table time is a space for small groups to have a more interactive worship experience. Not everyone learns by hearing so this is a space of interactive, hands on, creative, tactile worship. A space to build community and be led by the spirit together. There is an opportunity for all ages and abilities to participate in worship. There is a toddler play room if needed.

J & K also stands for the first names of two beloved members (Jay Morgart and Kay Powell). Both were wonderful people who were very excited about and supportive of the idea of changing our worship service into an ability inclusive service. Sadly, both passed away before we started the service. So, we named the service J & K as a way of honoring and remembering them both.

Morning devotions can be viewed live or watched back on Facebook and YouTube or by clicking on our blog page.

Tuesday Bible Study 7:00 p.m.
Every Tuesday night we are joining together for Bible study and fellowship. This could consist of a number of different styles of study from your typical Bible study to book studies, video series, topical studies and many more.
